The shoreline is a unique environment where two worlds, the land and the sea, meet. This littoral point is the inspiration for Shoreline, an exhibition that responds to the transitional point of the coast – a place of adaptation between environments rife with flora and fauna which cohabit water and air.

Showcasing the works of four artists working in several mediums, Shoreline is an opportunity to interpret and celebrate the intermediary. Presenting an installation celebrating the shoreline itself, through varied media, the exhibition reinforces concepts of natural diversity and playful investigation. Shoreline will include multi-paneled paintings by Michael Desmond that draw on subjects including coastal lore and personal mythology; drawings and sculptures created in coastal environments by Peta Jones; landscape photographs by Ossian Desmond-Jones and digitally-produced zines, cut-outs and collages by Bryn Desmond-Jones.
